Call Center Representative (2nd Shift) - Richmond, Virginia

Celerion seeks a part-time call center representative in Richmond, Virginia to handle inbound and outbound calls for a tobacco study. The role involves participant communication, data entry, and study enrollment support working 30–35 hours weekly on a second shift.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls regarding tobacco study participation
- Collect and enter participant information into database systems
- Encourage study participation and referrals from current participants
- Make reminder calls to participants scheduled for screenings
Requirements
- Ability to answer and place calls professionally and courteously
- Data entry and computer system proficiency
- Customer service experience or demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Availability Monday–Friday, 9:30 am–6:00 pm or 11:30 am–8:00 pm
