The Store Supervisor will play a pivotal role in maintaining store, trucks, and equipment. Responsibilities Management experience in store environments with supervisory responsibilities. Assist in managing daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow. Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, team management, and leadership. Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management. Familiarity with retail math, pricing strategies, sales management, and budgeting processes. Collaborate with the management team to drive store performance. Participate in promotional events and community outreach initiatives. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; retail or supervisory experience is a plus. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Basic understanding of inventory management and sales principles.
