Segment Manager

We are recruiting a Segment Manager (Industrial) for Packaging Solutions in the Appliance and HVAC segment’s role is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy. This role will involve collaboration with cross- functional teams, market analysis, and driving the development of packaging solutions that align with industry requirements. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lead the development and innovation of custom packaging solutions for the industrial sector (Appliance, HVAC, Furniture, and related segments). Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy based on market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate directly with key industrial clients to understand their packaging challenges, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for product differentiation. Partner with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams to successfully bring new products to market and support ongoing sales efforts. Establish, monitor, and enforce quality control measures to ensure high reliability and continuous performance improvement of all packaging solutions. Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Proven experience as a Packaging Engineer, preferably in the Appliance, Furniture and HVAC industries. Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Manufacturing industry experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Salesforce experience is a plus) #J-18808-Ljbffr Bemana, LLC
