Position Summary We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Recruiter to support hiring across multiple service locations. This position will manage the full recruitment cycle, develop talent pipelines, and partner with operational leaders to attract and retain strong talent. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, supervisory, and management positions. Partner with operational leaders to forecast hiring needs, maintain appropriate staffing levels, and proactively address gaps. Source, screen, and interview candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and recruiting events. Build talent pipelines for current openings, anticipated turnover, new-location openings, and management succession. Balance hiring speed with candidate quality, retention potential, and alignment with organizational culture and service standards. Maintain accurate information in the applicant tracking system and monitor recruiting metrics, including applicant conversion and open positions. Facilitate comprehensive new-hire orientations covering organizational policies, culture, and core values. Conduct regular staffing reviews by location and develop recruitment plans based on operational priorities. Manage the new-hire onboarding experience through the first 60 days, partnering with operational leaders to support engagement, retention, and successful integration. Qualifications At least two years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Strong communication, interviewing, and organizational skills. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred. High-volume, multi-location recruiting experience is preferred. Experience within the retail, automotive, hospitality, or another service-based industry is a plus. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to travel periodically to various locations.
