I opened my agency in 2025 after spending nine years as a State Farm team member. Becoming an agent was always a goal of mine, and I'm proud to now lead an experienced, knowledgeable team. Outside of work, I've been married for 13 years, have two children, and enjoy supporting local sports.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an  Account Associate for Jake Wasinger - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
