Outbound Team Lead

Outbound Team Lead Pay: $24/hr Schedule: Mon-Fri 10-hour shifts 8am-6:30pm with start times fluctuating between 6am or 11am depending on needs. Resume and interview required

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Lead and coordinate daily outbound operations to ensure 100% on-time performance for all outbound routes. Manage to customer KPI goals, specifically focusing on productivity and quality. Support and develop daily workload planning to optimize labor allocation and Outbound throughput. Implement and maintain strong visual management controls, including progress control boards and real-time status updates. Actively identify and eliminate waste within the operation to streamline workflows and reduce costs. Apply PDCA & Root Cause analysis techniques to resolve operational discrepancies and prevent recurrences.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center. Experience in Outbound Team Lead is preferred. Familiarity with WMS and RF scanning devices. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
