Together, we can shape the future. **Job Description: Your Impact in this role**The role reports to the HR Partner Business Services Dessel HR, Employee and Industrials Relations and works closely with the HR Representative Soft HR (HRBP), HR Representative Hard HR, managers; and off course our employees. The position plays a key role in the HR Employee life cycle from A-Z with the payroll process as the important heart of our HR department. **In the role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:*** Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers (blue-collar and white-collar jobs).* Ensure accurate and compliant payroll administration in line with Belgian legislation and company policies.* Manage the employee lifecycle administration from onboarding to offboarding, including contracts, personnel file management and HR documentation.* Maintain and update employee records within the HR information systems. (Workday, eblox,...)* Administer time and attendance processes, including maintenance of the Protime system.* Act as first point of contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits, leave administration and HR operational questions.* Prepare payroll-related calculations such as holiday pay, severance calculations, salary simulations and other personnel cost calculations.* Support audits and internal controls by ensuring complete and accurate HR documentation.* Monitor data quality and ensure compliance with HR, payroll and GDPR requirements.* Collaborate closely with the HR Representative Hard HR and HR Representative Soft HR (HRBP) to ensure seamless HR service delivery.* Support recruitment administration and onboarding activities when required.* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within payroll and HR processes.* Serve as back-up and support for other HR operational activities within the HR department.* Participate in HR projects related to digitalization, process optimization and employee experience improvements.**What you bring to the table:*** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Payroll, Business Administration or equivalent through experience.* 2-5 years of experience in payroll and HR administration within a complex organization.* Strong knowledge of Belgian social legislation and payroll processes.* Experience working with payroll and time management systems (experience with Protime and Workday is a strong asset).* Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.* Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.* Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.* Fluent in Dutch and English* Teamplayer**Employee Type:**Permanent **What We Offer*** **€10 meal vouchers** for every day worked.* **Group and hospitalization insurance** for added financial security and peace of mind.* **Up to 39 days of annual leave**, including: + 20 statutory vacation days + Up to 18 compensation days + 1 additional Sibelco holiday (26 December)* **Career development opportunities** within a leading international and sustainable company.* A **people-focused culture** where safety, wellbeing, collaboration, and growth come first.Join us and help shape the future of essential minerals in an environment where you can thrive both professionally and personally. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sibelco
