Job Description As a Security Officer Access Control in Tustin, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or flight operations personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols of the commercial property, including building areas, parking facilities, perimeter locations, and aviation-related access points. Monitor and report unusual activity, property damage, maintenance concerns, and/or unauthorized persons according to site procedures. Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
