As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and assist employees and visitors with professionalism. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour Job Schedule: Thur: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Fri: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Sat: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Sun: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, observing visitor and contractor entry, and following established visitor management procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken. Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while maintaining awareness of operational conditions and potential security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
