Territory Manager Job Type: Regular Location: Market - AMRET - MO - Kansas City Schedule: Monday – Friday Pay: $23 per hour plus 10% monthly bonus Overview 2020 Companies is hiring Territory Managers who are experts in brand advocacy and merchant visits. This full‑time, field‑based role requires a personal vehicle, insurance, and a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. Responsibilities Partner with the client to train and advocate client products at retail merchants. Meet and welcome new merchants accepting the client’s credit services. Visit up to 35 retailers per day and spend about 50% of the day in‑store. Demonstrate the value of the client’s line of credit services and address objections. Attempt to place point‑of‑purchase signage at each business. Audit and record competitive products, promotions, merchandising, displays, and merchant feedback. Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations and submit feedback timely. Attend major markets and launch events as needed. Maintain accurate documentation for each visit. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 6 months of sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience. Knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
