Our client, a modern luxury fine jewelry house known for its sculptural design language, exceptional craftsmanship, and elevated client experience, is seeking a highly polished and relationship-driven Client Advisor to join its Miami Design District boutique. This role is ideal for someone deeply connected within the Miami luxury community who understands how to cultivate meaningful, long-term client relationships through a highly personalized and consultative approach. The ideal candidate has an appreciation for art, architecture, design, and craftsmanship, and naturally operates as a brand ambassador both inside and outside the boutique. The Opportunity We seek a polished, entrepreneurial, and client‑centric Luxury Sales Advisor with experience in high‑end luxury retail, fine jewelry, couture, art, design or hospitality‑driven luxury environments. The ideal candidate understands that exceptional selling begins with connection, discretion, and trust and evolves into long‑term client relationships built through impeccable service and personalized attention. The Sales Advisor combines: White‑glove service excellence Entrepreneurial business ownership mentality Luxury clienteling expertise Emotional intelligence and refined communication Passion for craftsmanship, design, and storytelling Ability to cultivate UHNW / HNW relationships CRM discipline and proactive outreach Strong commercial acumen with elevated service standards Key Responsibilities Deliver Extraordinary Client Experiences Serve as an exceptional ambassador of the Maison, embodying CADAR’s values of artistry, refinement, warmth, and excellence. Provide impeccable white‑glove service, ensuring every client interaction feels personal, memorable, and deeply elevated. Create a boutique atmosphere that is welcoming, elegant, and emotionally resonant. Anticipate client needs with discretion, grace, and thoughtful attention to detail. Build a Personal Luxury Business Approach your role with an entrepreneurial mindset Develop meaningful, long‑term relationships with local and international clientele. Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking, outreach, referrals, and relationship cultivation. Execute strategic follow‑up, appointment setting, and personalized client engagement initiatives. Clienteling & Relationship Management Build and maintain a robust, high‑value client portfolio using CRM tools and thoughtful relationship strategies. Drive repeat business through elevated after‑sales care, bespoke outreach, and tailored experiences.Understand client milestones, preferences, lifestyle, and gifting opportunities to create highly personalized service. Activate VIP relationships and cultivate ambassadors for the Maison. Become an expert in CADAR’s collections, craftsmanship, design inspiration, and Maison heritage. Translate product knowledge into emotional story telling that deepens connection and enhances desirability. Confidently present exceptional pieces with authenticity, elegance, and passion. Ideal Profile 5+ years in luxury retail, jewelry, design, art gallery, couture, or luxury hospitality. Proven success in client development and repeat business generation. Existing network within Miami luxury circles is highly valued. Experience serving UHNW/HNW clientele preferred. Refined personal presentation and sophisticated communication style.
