Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives to drive employee engagement, retention, and recruitment

• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement organizational change management initiatives

• Design and implement HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

• Develop and manage budgets for HR-related initiatives and programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them fairly and consistently

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

• Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in HR software systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
