Interim HR Business Partner

Roles & Responsibilities Partner with leaders to provide guidance on HR policies, processes, and best practices Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and team effectiveness Support mid-year and annual performance review processes Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping navigate organizational and people challenges Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve engagement and team performance Collaborate with HR teams and centers of expertise to implement programs and initiatives Support change management efforts and organizational transitions Assist with workforce planning, headcount alignment, and approvals Provide guidance on compensation, performance, and employee lifecycle matters Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance standards Required Skills & Experience Proven HR Business Partner experience supporting business leaders Experience working with sales or field-based teams strongly preferred Strong coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate independently while collaborating across HR teams Experience supporting performance management and employee relations Strong communication, responsiveness, and follow-through Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday or similar) preferred Solid business acumen and problem-solving capabilities Versique is an equal-opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse workforce.
