Northwest Nursing and Rehab Center
Join our care team as a Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Geriatric Nursing Assistant to join our care team at Northwest Nursing and Rehab Center in Baltimore, Maryland . As a GNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide compassionate personal care, including incontinence care and mobility assistance
Monitor and report changes in condition, including wound care and vital signs
Support a safe and clean environment by maintaining cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and common areas
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and coordination
Qualifications:
Active GNA certification in Maryland
Compassionate and team-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional resident care
