Job Opportunity
Line Operator in West Chester, PA Hourly Rate: $20.00-$25.00
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the safety, quality, and production within the spinning line
- Assembly, load, pack, startup/shutdowns and changeovers
- Responsible for following production schedules, replenishing material, eliminating losses, finding and fixing defects
- Calculate and record results in data entry systems
- Complete CIL tasks
- Drive own results and priorities through the 5 Rocks process
- Participate in planned stops, DDS (24 hour planning) and shift handovers
- Assist in onboarding new team members
- Maintain daily goals to ensure minimum loss of downtime on the machines
- Maintain a quality-focused culture in a manufacturing environment
Requirements:
- Manufacturing experience
- Assembly line experience
- Working experience of Loss Elimination Methodologies preferred
- Collaboration skills-Able to work in a global multi functional environment
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to go to Ireland for training
