This role requires regular interaction with staff and clients and involves handling mechanical systems, completing repairs, and maintaining overall property appearance and functionality.Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Maintenance Tasks: Perform interior and exterior maintenance, including painting, drywall repair, and texture workConduct power washing of exterior surfacesPlace dumpsters out on designated trash daysComplete general upkeep tasks such as debris removal and porter servicesPerform daily property walks to identify maintenance needsManage and complete work orders, including follow-ups to ensure timely resolutionCarry out daily and weekly porter assignmentsBuilding Inspections: Inspect building systems, equipment, and facilities to identify issuesTroubleshoot and resolve maintenance concerns in a timely mannerEnsure all work is completed in accordance with safety standardsRequired Skills and QualificationsExperience:Minimum of 2 years of facilities maintenance experience, preferably in condominium or multifamily propertiesMake-ready experience required, including flooring reset, drywall work (tape, float, texture), painting, and weather sealing doors and windowsSkills:Strong general maintenance knowledge, including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbingFamiliarity with building systems and safety proceduresStrong internal and external customer service skillsAbility to communicate effectively in English (English-speaking required)Other Requirements: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation.Additional Information:Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PMWork involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting/moving objects up to 50 lbsWhy Join Rise AMG?At Rise AMG, we believe in fostering growth and creating a supportive environment where employees can thrive.
