What You'll Do

• Client inquiry management

• Effectively communicate order errors and requirements betweenthecompany and clients

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure we are giving clientsaccurateorder statusupdatesvia email and phone

• Document and update client records based on the operating CRM

• Find innovative ways to enhance the client experiencefrom start tofinishof a deal

• Represent the company's core valuesof beingEfficient, Dedicated, and Excellent

What We're Looking For

• Previousexperience in client success or other related fields

• Ability to build rapport with clients

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Positive and professional demeanor

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Emails, Internet, CRM)

Work Environment

• Full-time, in-office role based in Tampa, Florida

• Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST / 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST (includes a paid lunch break and afternoon break)

• Fridays: performance-based early release
