Associate Attorney

Holland & Muirden, Attorneys at Law, a small and unique law firm, seeks an Associate Attorney with a passion for creative legal advocacy. Our firm is nationally recognized for its work in animal advocacy and welcomes applications from attorneys who are passionate about advancing legal protections for animals, but we are also open to adding an attorney to our team who has an interest in our other practice areas (family law, estate planning, and civil litigation) or another area of practice that would complement and expand our existing services. The Associate Attorney will engage in meaningful, hands‑on legal practice, including managing cases, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, communicating directly with clients, negotiating settlements, and appearing in court. This position offers the opportunity to take an active role in case strategy and advocacy from the outset. The role is full time, primarily based in Wadsworth, OH, with the ability to perform some work from home.
