RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Three 12-hour shifts per week (3x12's only)
• Med/Surg Telemetry nursing with potential to float to units J1-2, J33 and ED for same patient population
• Must work at least every other holiday
• Minimum 18 months combined permanent experience in specialty required
• Must have 18 months of recent Med/Surg/Telemetry experience (travel experience acceptable)
• Permanent Ohio license or compact state license required
• Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment completed during orientation with acceptable scores required
• Maximum 2 attempts to pass assessments or contract will be canceled
• Complete pre-start modules (average 6-15 hours) with 4 hours billable
• Badge pickup and onsite fingerprinting required prior to start date
• BCI/FBI fingerprints must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract
• One reference from manager, ANM, supervisor or director in specialty required
