Residential Outside Sales Representative

Astound is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our vibrant telecommunications team. In this role, you will be crucial in driving our mission to provide innovative and reliable telecommunications solutions including advanced internet, phone, and cable services. Focus will be on acquiring new customers and expanding our reach within the residential and business sectors. This position combines in-field sales activities with strategies to increase market share through expert relationship management and product promotion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to source and maintain clientele, enhancing Astound's market presence.
• Conduct in-person visits and presentations to potential clients in both residential and business sectors.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to advise on potential impacts and opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide expert product knowledge and demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to best address customer needs and boost satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed proposals and sales contracts to ensure transparent and effective business deals.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events to promote Astound's services and brand.
