Role Description:1. Own full lifecycle program governance, including roadmap planning, milestone tracking, RAID management, change control, budget and vendor delivery management.2. Lead TSA-driven legacy system replacement and phased migration cutover, ensuring 100% business continuity.3. Drive Polaris CPQ/O platform implementation and commercial tool consolidation to eliminate system silos.4. Align system delivery with GRS global process standards and integrate legacy system exit strategies into the overall roadmap.5. Develop flexible integration plans and contingency solutions to address S/4HANA and Salesforce scope ambiguity.6. Manage global cross-functional stakeholders, deliver regular executive reporting, and resolve cross-team bottlenecks.7. Oversee operational readiness, user adoption planning and post-launch hypercare support.

Essential Skills:The client's core quotation and order management systems (BOL, OMS, CPQ) are group-owned and only accessible through a time-limited TSA (Transition Service Agreement). To avoid business outage after TSA expiry and unify fragmented internal commercial tools, the client launched the Polaris initiative - a strategic transformation to build one unified CPQ/O (Configure, Price, Quote / Order) platform.The client is looking for experienced Program Manager (PM as a Service) to lead end-to-end program delivery. You will drive TSA mandatory legacy system replacement, consolidate disjointed tools (ORCA configurator, PROS/DGA pricing tools, etc.), align with GRS global commercial processes, and mitigate integration uncertainties from upcoming S/4HANA and Salesforce deployments, ensuring stable, on-time, on-budget delivery with zero business disruption.
