Director, STANLEY Brand Commercialization, North America – Hybrid Towson, MD, United States Stanley Black & Decker is a leading tools and technology company that drives innovation across consumer durables and manufacturing markets. Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of category management strategies and build robust commercial partnerships to accelerate STANLEY’s distribution expansion. Oversee a team of category analysts and collaborate with channel and sales partners to develop and execute channel and go-to-market (GTM) strategies that align with key category priorities. Drive adoption and execution of focused trade and commercial partnership plans to accelerate category growth within targeted channels. Collaborate with channel partners to co‑develop business plans, joint marketing initiatives, and sales programs that align with category priorities and deliver mutual value. Lead product lifecycle management initiatives, SKU rationalization, and ensure adherence to NOD processes for timely and efficient SKU transitions. Partner with commercial and channel teams to meet sales and growth targets and maintain monthly operating system (MOS) coordination, reporting progress to senior leadership. Continuously analyze performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement. Key Qualifications At least 10 years of experience growing a portfolio and developing product/category marketing agendas into sustainable growth engines. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. Background in innovation strategy, new product development, and product lifecycle management. Demonstrated success in category management, channel strategy development, and commercial partnership building within North America, ideally in consumer durables or manufactured products. Proven ability to drive distribution expansion and commercial growth through strategic channel and sales partnerships. Multi‑channel expertise (Retail, Commercial, Distribution) with strong commercial acumen, data‑driven decision‑making, and end‑user centricity. Travel domestically as needed.
