Senior Project Manager

Position Description Senior Project Manager – Facility Engineering Technical Support Network Runners, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the U.S. Secret Service, James J. Rowley Training Center (JJRTC). The role involves overseeing design and construction efforts, building management, space planning, and campus maintenance. The incumbent will provide personnel and analytical support to the JJRTC Facility Engineering Branch, serve as the designated site lead, and act as the primary contact with the government. Duties & Responsibilities Provide oversight of construction-related activities for contracts. Support the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) by performing all project management tasks. Manage day-to-day project activities for construction and service projects. Coordinate with customers, review schedules, and conduct design reviews. Develop solutions to construction problems or existing conditions encountered in the field. Review contractor submittals for contract conformance. Aid the contracting officer and COR throughout the acquisition phases, answer offeror questions, and attend joint contractor/government meetings. Draft technical responses to change orders and prepare statements of work and cost estimates for new contracts and modifications. Minimum Qualifications / Requirements Minimum of 20 years of project management experience on commercial or government construction projects. Experience on projects over $50 million. Education Four-year degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. Preference for PMP or other project-management certification. Work Location Offices are located at JJRTC (9200 Powder Mill Road, Laurel, MD). Projects may be located at the following sites, and contractors are expected to report to the office daily unless the campus is closed. Post Office Range, 1200 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC. Range 1 and Range 10 at Fish and Wildlife (formerly Fort Meade). Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, 9200 Powder Mill Road, Laurel, MD (note: base repeated above).
