We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a patient-focused outpatient clinic south of Tucson, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have prior experience practicing in a value-based primary care clinic and is committed to preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and improving long-term patient outcomes. Practice Info Patient-focused outpatient clinic Adult patient population Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients. Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and population health initiatives. Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving quality outcomes. Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record. Foster long-term relationships with patients through compassionate, patient-centered care. Compensation $140+ per hour Shift & Schedule Monday-Friday, 5 days per week Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain. DEA registration or eligibility.
