Responsibilities:
The schedule is Monday through Saturday, with 5 hours per day Monday through Friday and 3 hours on Saturday, for a total of 28 hours per week. This position is expected to increase to full-time hours within a couple of months after the start date.

Provide personal care services to patients in their homes with professionalism and compassion.
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals, following proper protocols.
Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and other health indicators.
Plan and prepare nutritious meals that meet individual dietary needs and preferences.
Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe home environment.
Assist with transportation to medical appointments, therapy sessions, or errands.
Maintain accurate, timely, and up-to-date documentation of care and services provided.
Uphold HIPAA standards by safeguarding patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Experience & Qualifications:
Previous experience in home care, senior care, or a related healthcare field is preferred.
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and basic healthcare protocols.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent quality care.
