WE'RE LOOKING FOR THE FACE OF HERITAGE CADILLAC Full-Time Receptionist | Heritage Cadillac Are you friendly, polished, and the kind of person who can make everyone feel welcome?Then you might be exactly who we're looking for. Heritage Cadillac is hiring a Full-Time Receptionist to be the first face and voice our guests experience when they walk through our doors or call our dealership. And let's be honest — first impressions matter. We're looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help people. You don't have to know everything about cars. You do need to know how to treat people. WHAT YOU'LL DO Greet every guest with a warm, professional attitude Answer and direct incoming calls Assist customers and help direct them to the right department Support our sales and service teams with various administrative tasks Keep the front desk and reception area organized and welcoming Help create the exceptional guest experience Heritage Cadillac is known for Be a positive, professional presence throughout the dealership Job Requirement:YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU: Have a naturally friendly and outgoing personality Are polished, professional, and confident Communicate well and know how to make people feel comfortable Can juggle multiple tasks without losing your cool Are dependable, organized, and team-oriented Have previous receptionist, hospitality, customer service, or automotive experience Are available to work some Saturdays WHY HERITAGE CADILLAC?
