What You'll Be Doing Lead and coordinate daily work activities to support safe and efficient operations. Monitor production workflows and address operational issues in a timely manner. Promote and reinforce safety, quality, and environmental standards across the team. Provide guidance, training, and support to employees to achieve performance goals. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve productivity and operational outcomes. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate work activities in a fast-paced environment. Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships. Proven problem-solving skills and ability to make sound operational decisions. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
