HR Data Entry Specialist

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and maintain HR data into the company's systems and databases.
• Ensure all data entry tasks are completed in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy.
• Assist in creating and updating employee records, including personal information, payroll data, and performance evaluations.
• Support HR team with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
• Verify data for completeness and accuracy, identifying and correcting errors as needed.
• Generate reports and provide data analysis as requested by management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain confidentiality and data security.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in data entry, preferably in an HR or similar setting.
• Proficient in using MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR data entry or related field.
• Experience working with HRIS or database systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
