ABA Behavior Technician – Pediatric Support Services
Sacramento, CA
$20–$24/hour

We’re hiring compassionate and dependable Behavior Technicians to support children and teens with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental challenges throughout the Sacramento area. If you enjoy working with kids, want meaningful career experience, and are looking for growth opportunities in healthcare or behavioral services, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in home, school, and community settings
Follow individualized behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
Help clients build communication, social, academic, and life skills
Track session data and progress accurately
Use positive reinforcement and behavior support techniques
Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors to support client success
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
Experience with children, education, caregiving, or behavioral health preferred
Energetic, patient, and reliable personality
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable transportation for local travel
