HR Business Partner

SNI has teamed with a valued client in California on an HR Business Partner role. The HR Business Partner role will play a vital role in handling employee relations and investigation issues. The HR Business Partner role will play an integral spot in working with high level leaders.
* The HR Business Partner will work with senior leaders to development HR policies to support business growth. * The HR Business Partner will work to identify employee relations issues and to recommend employment action. * The HR Business Partner will deliver resolution strategies for workplace issues. * The HR Business Partner will be responsible for facilitating new hire orientations. * The HR Business Partner will be responsible for maintaining legal requirements. * The HR Business Partner must have a Bachelor's degree and should have a minimum of 5 years of experience. Compensation and Benefits:The compensation for this position starts in the range of $50/hr. Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include:
