Project Manager

Green Key Resources is partnering with one of Nashville's premier healthcare-focused General Contractors to bring on a Project Manager for their growing team. This is an opportunity to join a highly respected builder with deep healthcare expertise, long-standing client relationships, and a strong backlog of work throughout the Nashville market. Responsibilities Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Lead project planning, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and execution. Partner closely with field leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Manage subcontractor buyout, contract administration, change orders, and project financial performance. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project costs and proactively identify opportunities to mitigate risk and maintain profitability. Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery. Ensure project documentation, reporting, and contract compliance are maintained accurately. Mentor and support Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other team members. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of commercial construction experience. 2+ years of Project Management experience. Healthcare construction experience is required. Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout. Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, subcontractor management, and contract administration. Ability to build strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Why Consider This Opportunity?
