Description: Manager-in-Training – Colorado Market

Location: Denver Metro
Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000/year
Schedule: Full Time No Weekends, No Late Nights

This isn’t your typical “management training” gig.

At Alloy Automotive Partners , we don’t do cookie-cutter anything. Our Colorado locations are among the most dynamic, fast-moving, and high-performing shops in the country and we’re looking for our next Manager-in-Training to help lead the charge.

We’ve created a training program that’s hands-on, high-impact, and fast-tracked . Over the course of 6–9 months, you’ll be mentored by some of the best leaders in the industry, learning how to lead operations, motivate teams, and deliver an elite customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Learn day-to-day shop operations, from scheduling to customer communication.
• Shadow experienced Service Managers. See how leadership really works in a high-performing shop.
• Support the service team in ensuring workflow efficiency and repair quality.
• Develop a deep understanding of automotive service processes and customer relations.
• Collaborate with technicians and advisors to maintain an exceptional shop culture.
• Help manage inventory, parts orders, and overall shop performance.
• Uphold our commitment to doing the right thing, every time.

• Background or interest in the automotive world, you love cars and people.
• Problem solver, not excuse maker.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and driven to win as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license required.
