We’re seeking a detail-oriented Lease Contracts Specialist to support TEN’s commercial leasing operations through the preparation, review, administration, and lifecycle management of lease contracts and related commercial agreements. What You’ll Do Review, process, and manage lease contract packages Create amendments, addendums, assignments, and other contract documents Interpret contract terms and support Sales with contract preparation Maintain lease database and ensure contract compliance Track and report revenue and commission data Perform data entry to ensure billing accuracy across accounts Conduct quarterly lease audits Support contract maintenance, fleet updates, and billing setup Communicate contract status updates to internal teams Serve as a point of contact for contract-related questions Prepare exception billing invoices as needed What We’re Looking For 1+ year of experience in legal, contracts, or related field Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience and education) Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Why Join TEN Industry Leader with strong growth and stability Career Growth opportunities within operations and corporate teams Collaborative Environment with cross-functional support Impactful Role supporting critical revenue and billing functions Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Standard business hours TEN is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
