Job Title: Registered Nurse Supervisor

Overview:

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor at Accela Rehab and Care Center at Somerton, you will play a vital role in leading a team of nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients. If you are a compassionate and experienced nurse with a passion for leadership, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care is delivered on the unit

• Assist in admissions, discharges, and transitions of care

• Support and guide nursing staff, addressing clinical concerns as they arise

• Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

• Maintain compliance with all policies and state/federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania

• Previous experience in long-term care or sub-acute setting preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills
