Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Responsible for servicing and supporting the expansion of the personal lines, property and casualty accounts

- Report to and directly coordinate assignments with the Manager. -Provide exceptional ongoing service to customers both by phone and by email - Service, sales and claims support -Creatively look for cross-selling opportunities from among all insurance lines including commercial P& C and benefits. -Consistently seek improvement and provider the highest level of service possible. Working Hours, Working style 8:00-17:00 (2 days at the office)

Saturday, Sunday, holiday

Candidates should have a College degree Experience in the P&C insurance industry is preferred. Must have proficient computer skills in Excel, Word and Outlook Demonstrated success in customer service/sales, and a "team first" attitude, required. Ability to work closely with a team/ability to communicate effectively Japanese/English language and writing skill is required.
