What You'll Do:
- Meet with customers in person to present products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
- Explain product features, pricing, and service options.
- Build strong, lasting customer relationships.
- Generate new business and follow up with potential customers.
- Meet sales goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
- Stay up to date on products and industry trends.
- Represent our clients with professionalism and integrity.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Cleveland, OH, with local travel as needed.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus—but not required. We provide training.
