As our Property Operations Manager , you'll oversee the operational side of our portfolio by coordinating inspections, supporting vendors, tracking property performance, and ensuring every location is well-maintained and compliant. You'll work across multiple priorities, balancing administrative responsibilities with operational oversight to help our properties perform at their best.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $50,000-$60,000 annually

• Health & Dental Insurance

• PTO

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule property inspections to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
• Support vendors by facilitating communication and resolving any operational issues promptly.
• Track and analyze property performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure all properties are well-maintained by overseeing routine maintenance and repairs.
• Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline property operations.
• Collaborate with team members to balance administrative and operational tasks effectively.
• Monitor and manage property budgets to ensure financial goals are met or exceeded.

Qualifications:

• Experience in property management or real estate operations, with a focus on compliance and performance.
• Ability to coordinate and schedule multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion of property inspections.
• Proven track record of supporting vendors and resolving operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to track and analyze property performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ability to oversee routine maintenance and repairs, ensuring all properties are well-maintained.
