We want someone who is interested in becoming a long-term member of our team, learning the business, and growing with the company.What You'll DoIn this role, you will help keep our front office running smoothly while providing administrative support to HR and other departments. Responsibilities include:Greet employees, visitors, applicants, vendors, and customers in a friendly and professional mannerAnswer and direct incoming phone callsAssist Spanish-speaking employees with general questions and communicationProvide administrative support to HR and other office departmentsAssist with new-hire paperwork, employee records, and other HR administrative tasksPerform data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and document organizationMaintain accurate electronic and paper recordsHelp prepare correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, and other documentsAssist with scheduling, office communication, and general administrative projectsHelp keep the front office organized and running efficientlyTake on additional responsibilities as knowledge and experience growWhat We're Looking ForBilingual in English and Spanish requiredStrong communication and customer-service skillsDependable with a strong attendance recordOrganized and able to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working independently while also being part of a teamProfessional and approachable when working with employees and visitorsComfortable using computers and learning new systemsExperience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel preferredPrevious administrative, receptionist, customer service, office, or similar experience preferredManufacturing experience is helpful but not requiredMost importantly, we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong follow-through, and a willingness to learn.
