Travel RNFA - Hazard, KY - Day (5x8 Hours) 7:00 15:30

-OR RN First Assist- 2 yrs recent experience required. Must have current FA experience. Strong experience in Ortho; Experience Endoscopy, General, and ENT cases required.
-Req Certs- Must have AHA BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.
-Scheduled- Call rotation plus every 6 or 7th weekend.

Float required within scope of practice.
-Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated.

DISCLOSURE : Ratios can fluctuate with census, call in, etc. Orientation is bi-weekly. Start date on job is start date needed. Resource must reside 75 miles from facility to be considered.
