Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing mental health counselors to provide essential services from the comfort of their home while ensuring work-life balance. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that may also meet periodically in-person for training and team-building activities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of each patient and develop tailored treatment plans that support their therapeutic journey.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.

• Collaborate closely with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated treatment approaches that consider all aspects of patient care.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can support their recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n
