Business Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Business Coordinator to join their team. As a Business Coordinator, you will be part of the Education Strategy Support team, supporting various administrative and data management functions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Coordinator

Location: Clearwater, FL

Contract: 3 months contract with possibilities of extension

What's the Job?

• Execute product orders for class needs

• Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and cases

• Perform data entry and maintain class records

• Update and load data, including daily ticket sales

• Support educator expense approvals and facilitate class record management

What's Needed?

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel and Word

• Experience with Salesforce and SAP is highly preferred

• High attention to detail and professionalism in an office environment
