Head of Market Risk, Securitized Trading

Banco Santander SA is seeking the CIB Head of Market Risk for Securitized Products Trading in the United States. The role reports to the US Head of CIB Market Risk/CRO of Santander Capital and leads market risk for agency and non‑agency securitized products trading, including CMBS conduits and whole loan securitization.
You will advise trading desks on risk and regulatory capital usage, manage risk infrastructure, and coordinate with regulators across jurisdictions.
