Float Pool Position - Please ensure candidate cleared on float units, ratios and flexibility on scheduling. Minimum Experience: 1 year; 1st Timers are accepted. Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics. Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIH. General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: All Protentional MS, MS Tele, PCU diagnoses. Float required to all MS, MS/Tele, PCU units within the hospital. Ratio / Census: 1:4-5 PCU; 1:5-6 MS, MS Tele Unit. Systems: Epic (Required), Pyxis, SBAR. Scrub Color: Navy Blue. RTO: MAX 7 days. Weekends: Every other weekend (average 6 weekends in a 13-week contract). Floating: Required. Call Requirements: None. Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Major Holidays are listed below: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Years Eve/New Years Day. Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule. *Aya Offer* Aya Offer Information: Once candidate has signed and confirmation has been sent, manager has 48 hours to review the profile/confirmation and determine if unit/schedule/expertise fit. *Aya Offer only available if clinical pass within RTO guidelines + meets specific facility requirements*.
