Senior Regional Office Coordinator

We're looking for an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys creating a welcoming workplace experience while managing a variety of office operations and facilities-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, clients, and vendors

• Manage reception operations, visitor check-ins, and office communications

• Coordinate visitor badging and support workplace security processes

• Assist with facilities requests and liaise with building management and service vendors

• Support office events, meetings, catering, and hospitality initiatives

• Manage office supplies, mail, packages, and workplace amenities

• Help create a positive, productive, and engaging office environment

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in facilities coordination, office administration, workplace operations, or reception

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities

• Experience supporting corporate office environments is highly preferred
