It is our privilege to play an active role in our community and do our part to promote not only better homes, but better lives for all.Why Dispatch with Us?100% company paid health and vision insurance for employee with 4 plan tier options for you and your family.Paid Time Off in addition to six (6) paid Holidays.Company 401(k) match up to 4% with Pre-Tax and After-Tax Roth deferral options.Weekly training to help excel your career!Employee discount.Responsibilities:Strategically assign calls based on the key priority matrix: Call history, dispatch boards, Tech ability, equipment age, warranty, and routing.Communicate with customers to schedule appointments, provide service updates, and resolve issues.Check-in calls with the service technicians to assist technicians with close-out and dispatch to the next call.Research and assign calls.Responsible for maintaining the dispatch board with support from the Customer Service Department.Participate in training as necessary.Other duties as necessary.Qualifications:At least two (2) years of Electrical, Plumbing or HVAC Dispatch Experience, preferred.Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, ServiceTitan), preferred.Strong Mathematical, Language, communication and Computer SkillsMust be able to work daily 7:00am-3:30pm.Must be able to work at our Tualatin office.Please Submit a Copy of Your Resume for Consideration.
