Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Missoula, MT

Shift: Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Hours: 36 hours/week (Guaranteed)

Requirements

• Active RN License (Montana or Compact State)
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Hospice, Palliative Care, Critical Care, or Med-Surg
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and symptom management for hospice patients
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient conditions and support comfort-focused care
• Supervise and guide CNAs in daily patient care activities
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
• Follow infection control and patient safety standards
