Aftercare Supervisor

St. Mary of the Lakes School is seeking a caring, organized, and faith-filled individual to serve as our Aftercare Supervisor for the 2026-2027 school year. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of our aftercare program while ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for students. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operation of the aftercare program. Supervise students and aftercare staff. Coordinate activities, games, homework time, and snack distribution. Maintain attendance records and parent sign-out procedures. Communicate effectively with school administration, staff, and families. Ensure compliance with all school safety and supervision procedures. Qualifications Experience working with children in an educational, childcare, or recreational setting. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to supervise staff and manage student behavior positively. Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education. CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Successful completion of fingerprinting and criminal background check Completion of Virtus (Protecting God\'s Children) training and diocesan safe environment requirements Schedule Part-time position School days during the academic year Approximately 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM #J-18808-Ljbffr The Catholic Diocese of Trenton
