Job Details Office hours: 7:45 am to 8:15 pm Monday through Friday in office. Hourly rate: $23-30 per hour. Salary commensurate with experience. Duties/Responsibilities conventional milling machines, conventional & hardinge lathes, grinding machines and drilling tapping machines required. Geometric Tolerance and Dimensioning Performs other related duties as assigned Experience interpreting blueprints: Technical drawings and production plans. Quality control: Experience with calipers and micrometers to verify that finished parts meet required tolerance. Setting up machines and loading programs. (Plus) we will provide training. Monitor production: Tracking key performance metrics like cycle times, part counts, spindle uptime, and downtime reasons. Machine maintenance: Light daily maintenance such as cleaning tools and keeping the work area safe. Efficiency: Minimize idle times and maintain process flow while on duty. Required Skills/Abilities Good communication and strong interpersonal skills are required. Knowledge of CNC programming and/or operation a plus. Experience A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a small job shop facility.
