Picker/Packer (1st Shift)

Raw Seafoods, Inc. is looking for a dependable and hardworking Packer to join our Distribution team on 1st shift. This position is responsible for preparing, packing, staging, and handling warehouse orders accurately and safely in a fast‑paced cold/wet environment. This is a good opportunity for someone who is reliable, physically capable, and comfortable staying active throughout the day. As a Packer, you will: Pick and pack warehouse orders accurately based on ticket requirements. Pull products from shelves based on item number, size, quantity, and quality standards. Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and properly prepared for delivery. Stage products correctly for shipment. Shrink wrap products onto pallets. Operate handling equipment safely and follow all safety requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Help meet daily warehouse and distribution goals. Perform other general warehouse duties as needed. Requirements Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred, but not required. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 80 lbs. Ability to stand and stay active for long periods of time. Comfortable working in a cold and wet environment . Strong attention to detail. Reliable attendance and good work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and work safely. Schedule Mon - Fri and Sun, from 10:00am-6:00pm. (Off on Saturday) Work Environment This position requires working in a warehouse/distribution setting, including cold and wet areas. The role is physical and requires lifting, standing, walking, bending, and moving product throughout the shift. What we offer Paid Vacations Sick time earned under the MA paid sick leave.
