Operational Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join a fast-paced financial operations team. In this role, you will support account transfers, transaction processing, reconciliation activities, and settlement operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client service. Responsibilities Process and facilitate account transfer requests. Perform transaction and settlement reconciliations. Verify account information and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations. Communicate with internal teams to resolve transfer and settlement issues. Analyze operational data to identify trends and improve processes. Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines. Deliver high-quality client service while minimizing operational risk. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in operations, banking, financial services, or a related field preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with account transfers or settlement operations is a plus but not required. Why Join Us?
